Pertamina Request for Rescheduling


PT Pertamina to propose to the city administration to rearrange the schedule of gas refueling at gas refueling stations (SPBBG) for Transjakarta bus. The objective, for Transjakarta bus passenger services increased.


Settings once more it is expected to minimize Transjakarta bus line, which has occurred during refueling of gas. The line is expected to reduce passenger service optimization.


It was announced by Manager of Organization Development, Pertamina Bambang Pontjo Listijono discussions held in Indonesian Transportation Society (MTI), the Media Centre in Jakarta, Tuesday (05/31/2011).


Discussion moderated by the Chairman of the DPP MTI Muslikh Zainal Asikin and attended, amongst other people, Director of the Jakarta Police Visitors Commissioner Royke Lumowa, Head of Road Maintenance Section of the Public Works Ministry Budi Muljatno, Head of Transport Department staff DKI Dulles, and staff Development Agency Jakarta City Y Dousglas.

"Infrastructure for SPBBG is still limited. If you want to get up a new 1, of course there are calculations of business. Consequently, we propose a schedule rearrangement gas refueling," said Bambang .

According to Bambang, setting the gas fuel gas charging them at night in a location close to the Pul SPBBG Transjakarta bus.

Bambang brushed off line due to limited supply of fuel gas in SPBBG. "Pertamina to about 4 million cubic feet of gas and new unused 2.6 million cubic feet. That means there is excess gas still untapped. In fact, we could only enhance to 8 million cubic feet," he stated.

Pertamina has 20 SPBBG had, but which had only 14 operational units. Now active as a lot as six SPBBG, of which there is in urine (West Jakarta), Pasar Minggu (South Jakarta), and Street Youth (East Jakarta), stated Bambang once again.

Stacking passenger



Previously, according to Muslikh, Transjakarta bus queue whilst filling in SPBBG cause passengers piled on a shelter. As a result, a delay interval of the arrival of buses to serve passengers.

"1 or two hours in line, the busway service could be disrupted. For example, some passengers had to wait up to 1 hour, even though six busway passing no 1 can carry for wanting to refill," added Muslikh.

Consequently, Muslikh Pertamina agrees with the proposal for rearranging Jakarta government re-charging in SPBBG for Transjakarta bus. "In every corridor there is also a SPBBG so that they could once the street whilst carrying passengers and not have to go back to SPBBG in a diverse place," stated Muslikh.
Currently there are 15 busway corridors in Jakarta. From the Jakarta Transportation Agency data, the number of passengers per day in 10 busway corridors to reach 60000-80000 individuals, especially on weekdays from Monday to Friday.


Year 2007 to 2008 the number of buses and equipment, namely 384 units, for all seven corridors. In 2009 the number of buses increased 42 units along with the opening of Corridor VIII. By 2010 the number of buses increased 98 units along with the opening of Corridor IX and X ( Compass , 01/03/2011).
